Return & Cancellation Policy
During your order procedure, you will be able to remove part or all of the products from your shopping cart by pressing the Delete button which is next to each of your products in your shopping cart. You will also be able to add more products or change the quantity of the products in your cart. Prior to your payment, you can still cancel the transaction and return to the screen. Your shopping cart is kept in your browser and you can change or cancel your order.
You can change any of your current orders except prepaid orders before delivery dispatch, Monday to Friday except of Public holidays. You can do this by calling us on +357 97 719918 during our working hours as shown in our website or by sending us an email at info@juco-sleepwell.com
For any reason you can cancel any order for the period of 14 days from the day of receipt of the product only by sending a written notification with your order details to our support department requesting cancellation. This means that you can return it to us in its original condition with tag intact and you will pay the difference of the selected item if the cost of the product is more, and also the cost of the return. Damaged and Issues
After receiving the products, the customer shall carefully check the package and the goods and immediately inform us about possible defect, if possible within the same day of delivery or the latest within 2 days from delivery.
If the customer wishes to return a defective product to the seller or a product with incompatible size then the return shall take place immediately, the latest within 10 days from the day of receiving the package. The customer must notify via email the order number and name, reason of the return, the new product of replacement and return package which shall be send at the following address: Ninderkasel 3A, Ekali, Limassol -Cyprus _ Postcode: 3110
The returned goods shall not have signs of use. Each element has to be complete and have its original packaging, the goods shall be in an unchanged condition, without signs of use. Any costs of goods returning are borne by the customer.
The defective goods or producst with incompatible size which are sent back to us, upon the request of the customer, will be exchanged with the same product, if available, or other products of the same value.
In cases of return of products we recommend you sending the return by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
The postage expenses of items being exchanged or returned shall be borne by the customer and under no circumstances we will accept returns sent with postage expenses.
